No, we do not charge any call out or travel fees to come to you. We only charge for the time spent fixing your problem. The only exception to this is when the travel time to get to you exceeds 1.5hrs but this will be explained to you prior to your booking time.

We offer affordable pricing for all of our services.
There is nothing worse than not knowing what you will be billed for upfront. That is why we aim to keep our pricing simple. We charge a fixed hourly rate for all of our technical support services, calculated on a pro rata basis. You are only charged for the time spent fixing your problem - whether that be remotely or on-site. There are no other hidden fees or charges other than any associated software or hardware parts required to fix your problem.

What if my problem is not fixed properly?
We strive to provide high quality services to our customers and thoroughly confirm the problem has been resolved prior to leaving. However, if you do have any concerns with the work completed, we will be happy to come back and rectify the problem, at no additional cost.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Wherever possible we prefer either cash or EFTPOS payment at the completion of the job. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We also accept direct deposit (7 day terms) for those customers who prefer this method of payment.
Do you sell computer hardware and components?
Light Source Computing has partnered with some of the largest computer suppliers so that we can offer our customers the cheapest prices on computer hardware. Wherever possible, we try and find you the best price on technology.
